Tartan has been manufacturing air ride upper couplers and king pin plates for over 35 years. Its unique patented couplers are used in tank trailers, military and mobile medical trailers worldwide.

Products include:

1. Air ride upper couplers, which cushion the kingpin connection between tractor and trailer. The resulting reduction in road shock and vibration eliminates fatigue cracking on the tank vessel. It also reduces wear and tear on the overall rig.

2. Replacement upper fifth wheel/king pin plates for tank trailers. Models are available for trailers of most manufacturers. Priced right.
