Main Steel is an independent toll processor, specializing in bright metals. We have been serving the truck trailer industry for over 50 years. Our specialty is surface critical,tight tolerance work. At Main Steel, we tailor our operations to the specific needs of our customers and offer the most comprehensive services in the industry.

Each one of Main Steel's seven facilities offer a combination of capabilities. Five of our locations, Bartlett, Il; Harmony, PA; Union, NJ; Wheeling, IL; and Youngstown, OH, are referred to as mega-centers as they incorporate nearly all of the processes under one roof, with our Youngstown Plant handling the bulk of our mill and plate business. Atlanta, GA and Commerce, CA are slightly smaller processing centers, each with a different combination of the services we offer.

Main Steel's nationwide locations offer sheet and plate buffing of aluminum and stainless(to .375 inches) in widths to 144" and lengths to 480". We can buff to a #7 or a #8 finish dependent upon your application.
