Main Steel is an independent toll processor, specializing in bright metals. We have been serving the truck trailer industry for over 50 years. Each one of Main Steel's facilities offer a combination of capabilities. Five of our locations, Bartlett, Il; Harmony, PA; Union, NJ; Wheeling, IL; and Youngstown, OH, are referred to as mega-centers as they incorporate nearly all of the processes under one roof, with our Youngstown Plant handling the bulk of our mill and plate business. Atlanta, GA and Commerce, CA are slightly smaller processing centers with different combinations of the services we offer. Could someone infer these two can’t handle the needs of truck trailer?

All of Main Steel's seven nationwide locations offer cut to length services for aluminum and stainless products, as well as the ability to apply protective film to your metal. We can handle gauges from .018 - .250 inches for aluminum and .016 - .500 inches for stainless in lengths up to 480". We specialize in tight tolerance and surface critcal jobs that require additonal inspections.
