We produce jaws and cones capable of withstanding the most
challenging applications thanks to the MNX50 technology. MNX50 is a
new type of Manganese subjected to a specific proprietary process. This
results in an alloy with increased abrasion resistance that exceeds the
mechanical properties of traditional Manganese Steel.
Besides the standard alloys, we offer the F60/5, (the new
martensitic low chrome), which combines the best qualities from each
chrome alloy (low, medium, and high). The result is an all-in-one type
of product capable and versatile enough to provide maximum
performance when facing inconstancies in the material being crushed.
We also provide the Wear Resistant Insert (WRI) technology for HSI
and VSI crushers to improve the abrasion resistance of our standard
alloys and F60/5 alike.
