(Click to enlarge image) The Combi-Washer is HEICO’s newest addition to the proven HEICO-LOCK wedge lock washer family of clamp-load securing lock washers. The Combi-Washer offers huge advantages to both OEM and End User in improving existing applications and granting safety & performance measures to new designs.

A thermoplastic inner ring secures the two WLW halves into one unit and tabs on the inner locking ring provide a semi-fixed connection to any same sized bolt, creating a SEMS-like bolt assembly. Flexible, Fast, Innovative, Effective...HEICO.

Features:

- Bolt securing performance identical to our standard HEICO-LOCK Wedge Lock Washers.

- Easy mounting and semi-permanent connection to the bolt's threads thanks to the inner locking inset tabs.

- Can be used with all commercially available bolts.

- Cost savings through increased productivity.

- Value added option for kitting operations for industrial distributors.

- Currently available in sizes from metric M8-M16 and inch sizes 3/8", in both standard and enlarged diameters. Other sizes available on request.
